Account deletion is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted:
- All your savings plans and progress data will be permanently removed
- Your account history and transaction records will be deleted
- You will not be able to recover your account or any associated data
- Any ongoing savings goals will be terminated
Please ensure you have exported or noted any important information before proceeding.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to request permanent deletion of your account.
Send Email Request
Send an email to business@thiruvalluvarlakshmi.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include Required Information
In your email, include your registered mobile number and any additional details that can help us verify your identity.
Verification Process
Our team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
Account Deletion
Once verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 15 business days.
